Role: Executive Assistant to Director, Handicraft Export House, Mehrauli, N. Delhi
Work Experience: 5+ Years
Place of Posting : Mehrauli, New Delhi
Salary: Up to 4.0 Lac PA

Role & Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate all department and monitor day to day administration work with confidentiality.
Capture and collate data from various sources & departments and present it top management.
Maintain appointment diaries and calendar, follow-up and make arrangements for meetings.
Ensure the Director is not constantly interrupted and manage such interruptions independently.
Conduct research on internet according to business requirements and submit reports.
Manage incoming email, phone and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Director.
Liaising with clients, vendors/ suppliers staff and bring abnormalities to the notice of Directors.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain hard copy and filing system (Electronic and Physical both).
To keep track of birthdays, anniversaries and other special dates in the family of the Directors.
Maintain Directors personal Banking and investment documents.
Coordinate internal and external events and prepare expense report.
Assist Director in Corporate Social Responsibility with effective Program and Event Mgt.
Independently manage travel desk functions and conduct periodic audits to check the rates, manage hotel bookings, handle all events, organize meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests & Foreign Delegates.
Attend to visitors, scheduling/maintaining day to day diary of Program, arrange meetings etc.

Diploma in Secretarial practice with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience of about as Executive Assistant in an Export House/ Buying House.
Ability to build rapport with clients, vendors and staff with speed as their confidant.
Hands-on documentation of MOM, follow-up with vendors, clients, project teams status update, presentation with impressive multi-tasking skills and passion for managing a variety of responsibilities.
Stellar organizational and communication skills with proven experience in preparing and presenting information to executives and Board of Directors.
High sense of urgency and drive for excellence.
Skilled in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
A sense of humor and ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
