Promoter & Founder: Tilak Raj is an Alumnus from King George Military School, Bangalore and a postgraduate in Social Work, LLB and MBA from FMS, Delhi University, New Delhi.

Tilak brings with him more than 30 years experience from Banking and Manufacturing Industries. He has been associated with Nationalized and MNC Banks at leadership positions. He has enabled multiple successful Merger & Acquisitions, played the role of arbitrator in settlements involving multiple companies and parties, signed bi-partite and tripartite agreements/ settlements including active involvement in Organization Transformation through Organization Design and Development, Leadership Development and Succession Planning etc.

Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO): Rakesh Kumar Arora is an Alumnus from Rashtriya Military School, Bangalore, Postgraduate in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, gained expertise in Labor Laws from Indian Law Institute and sharpened management skills by attending MDP with XLRI.

Rakesh brings with him more than 20 years of experience at Global Leadership positions. Rakesh is an expert in Leadership Hiring and HR Development and has also successfully managed multiple assignments in established and start-up companies pertaining to OB, OD, C&B, PMS, PCMM, Balanced Score Card, Competency Mapping, Analytics based HR interventions, Employee Engagement, GPTW, Employer Branding thereby Scaling up and Right Sizing the organizations. He has also enabled successful execution of 4 Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) with effective due-diligence between Indian and Multinational companies.

Rakesh has worked with organizations like Dabur, HCL Hewlett Packard, Jubilant Organosys, Innodata, 3 Pillar Global Inc., AgreeYa as Global Business Head. His HR and talent acquisition expertise encompasses industry segments like Software, Mobility, IT/ ITES/ KPO, E-Commerce, Analytics, Financial Investment & Banking, FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharma, Chemicals.
