Our Methodology & Strategy

Step 1: Understand client organization with respect to its structure, existing business interests, future plans, organization structure, social culture, and its competitors.

Step 2: Map position competencies with respect to role, responsibilities & objectives for the position, level of expertise/ skills required in functional competencies, key deliverables, education & professional certifications and relevant industry/ domain experience.

Step 3: Develop & Deploy sourcing and search strategy Identify the source, location & availability of targeted skills in specific industry, geography, mapping competitors and style to approach candidate with matching competencies and skills.

Step 4: Evaluation of candidates Upon identifying & establishing interest in pursuing any specific candidate, we evaluate & map candidate’s competencies with the Job Description with Telephonic/ Skype/ Personal interviews and depending upon client requirements we also administer Functional/ Psychometric assessment tests such as Thomas Profiling/ 16 PF/ MBTI/ 16 PF/ FIRO B etc.

Step 6: Detailed reference check is conducted on candidates based on client requirement either directly or through a third party.
